Note: the toolbar installer file is either called dogwaffle.exe or dogwaffle.xpi, depending on the browser platform (I.E. vs. Firefox respectively)

During Installation: avoiding popups

You may want to configure your web browser to disable popups if you notice any abnormal activity. (though you shouldn't)
Also, you might want to uncheck the option for instant alerts
