DrPetter's tools for game dev - audio/music/3D sculpting and more

Dr Petter, aka Tomas Pettersson, is a computer programmer, game developer, and prolific creator of tools for game developers: sound FX and music generators, 3D sculpting and more.

Our favorite is Sculptris, an awesome 3D sculpting tool. At the time of this writing (June 2010), Sculptris is available for free on Windows, and it's a very impressive tool. If you need more convincing before spending time evaluating Sculptris for your own needs, just view some of the artwork posted by various users of Sculptris as seen on the sculptris forum under drpetter.proboards.com:

Let's see... I've quit school, got a job at Pixologic, moved out of my apartment. Also gone all kinds of places in Europe on the back of a motorbike with my father. Italy and Croatia were particularly nice.

Looking forward to regaining some kind of daily routine, but it'll have to wait a little while longer. Going to Siggraph in L.A. next week.
