| Part 3: The Spout Hit Spacebar when done, or select the Lathe Creation tool again to switch to the creation of the next part. Using the Lathe tool, draw the upper profile of the spout, from inside the teapot's body to the outer tip where the spout's opening is.  And once again, the initial Lathe comes in with a central symmetry axis going through the start and end point.  But once again, ignore this intermediate shape. Draw the bottom profile as a counterpart:  And you'll see the full spout  And once again you can use Widgit Move to further refine or disrupt the shape.  saved model file: teapot_saved2.cvy Next: The Handle |
