After installation, you may wonder if it's working right, i.e. if you have the right version. Of course you can also look for new main features. If you upgraded, the older version would not show the new feature if you're still running the old version even after installing the upgrade. It could be in that case that you have two versions installed, in separate folders.



Verifying your Howler 8  Installation:   Broomhead


  1. After installation, launch PD Pro Howler. You can do so either from a desktop icon if you chose to have one created during installation, or you can find it amongst the Programs menus. The exact name of the program category and menu items may depend on choices you made during installation.
  2. Click the Help menu in the program's menu bar.
  3. Select the 'About Howler' option, and check the version number in the lower left corner of the About splash screen. For version 8.0 is should show a version number ending in .8.0 and include the project's codename: Broomhead
