  • Starting the plugin automa(g)ically upon program launch

It is possible for a whole bunch of plugins to start automatically whenever you launch Dogwaffle, namely for all plugins in the 'Misc' (miscellaneous) category.


The plugins named *_pm.exe can be launched automatically upon
program start.




See the details in File>Settings... 
(or File->Prefs in older versions such as PD Pro 3.6 and before)


In the General tab of the program settings, locate the Startup plugins list. Click the "+" button to add a plugin to the list. (here the list is empty, so that will be your first plugin to start automatically).



The "Add Startup Plugin" dialog opens, in which all plugins ending with _pm.exe will appear.



Scroll down to the 'CreateAnim2_pm.exe' plugin, select it and click OK

start with the program.

Now you will see this newly selected plugin in the list of plugins that



Click OK when done.

To test this, close Project Dogwaffle and re-launch it.

If you do a lot of animation-related work, this may be a very handy utility to have in a floating window, ready to create a new animation immediately.
