Welcome to a set of tutorials

One clip is a 4 second animation created with Carrara 4, playing at 30 fps and showing 320x200 pixels |

The second clip is from
video shot with a lowcost digital camera while driving on a curved
road. It is of the same pixel dimensions but has a few more
frames (over 150 vs. 120 in movie 1) |

Loading an Animation With PD Pro, you can load animations in several ways. From the Animation menu, you can load a .dwa file (Dogwaffle Animation, a simple, uncompressed format. Recommended for quick storing and retrieving. Loading an image sequence such as a numbered Targa image sequence is also possible. Finally, you can load an animation from an AVI file. The audio will be ignored, if there is an audio track. PD Pro only uses the video track. |

open it. |
After loading an animation, it will show as the current document (Image1) and you can use the animation toolbar to scrub through the frames of the clip. The Options menu in the Animation toolbar has an item to show in Filmstrip mode to show small thumbnails of each frame in the animation  At this point you could
start painting with the many brushes and fx tools to modify frame by
frame what the animation looks like.
